Refund & Return Policy
At Momma Stacey’s General Store, every item is made with love and care in our home kitchen. Because our products are homemade and often perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
💵 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes jams, baked goods, freeze-dried candy, and drink bombs. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that were opened, not to your taste, or mishandled after delivery or pickup.
🛠 Order Issues or Damage
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send a photo and description of the issue to:

We’ll review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
📦 Shipping Problems
We pack all orders with care, but once they leave our hands, we cannot control delays or damage caused by postal carriers or extreme weather. Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order — we cannot offer refunds for packages sent to the wrong address.
