Shipping Policy

At Momma Stacey’s General Store, we’re committed to getting your homemade goodies to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping and local pickup:

📦 Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in Jonesboro, Arkansas!
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions and the address. We’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time — usually within 1–3 business days.

🚚 Shipping

We are currently working on expanding our shipping options. When available, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

🍪 Product Care During Shipping

Because we sell homemade and freeze-dried treats, we pack everything with care to maintain freshness and texture. However, once packages leave our hands, we can’t guarantee how they’ll be handled during transit — especially during hot weather.

If you ever receive a damaged item, please reach out within 5 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help make it right!
